Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, and information collected automatically as you use our services.

• Account information: name, email address, and similar contact details when you register.
• Usage data: pages you visit, features you use, and interactions with our service.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and operating system.

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.

Temporary WordPress Sites

Each WordPress sandbox runs for 7 days. When that period ends, the site expires and its site data is automatically deleted. Export any content, files, or database information you want to keep before the 7-day period ends. These sandboxes are for temporary work, not permanent hosting.

Sites are separated at the operating-system and application levels: each site has its own Linux user and file permissions, a dedicated PHP-FPM pool, and separate database credentials. This separation limits one site's access to another site's files and database.

Site expiry does not close your WordSail account or automatically remove the account, billing, and service records needed to operate the service. To ask about those records or request deletion of your account information, email hello@wordsail.com.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how our services are used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the service may not function properly without them.

Sharing of Information
